Ideally, the list would be alphabetical by last name, and include all contact names and numbers for each client, and possibly health info for each student. It goes 2 weeks, monthly, but NEVER weekly. How do we fix that? We also need to delete people who have moved, etc. It won't let us or we don't do it right. Either way - can't make it happen.
